situation continues to develop, I want to reiterate that the well-being of our
members and staff remains top priority. We areclosely monitoring
updates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local health authorities
to help ensure we are integrating applicable best practice recommendations into
our daily operations.
For members who may be experiencing financial hardships due to loss of income, we have made temporary updates to our Skip-a-Pay service. For the month of
April, the $25 fee will be waived. Please visit our website under loans to complete a Skip-a-Payment form.
